The Austrian skydiver Felix Baumgarten has jumped (free fall) from more than 38 km on Sunday, breaking the speed of sound among other records. Around the world people were watching as the RedBull daredevil took the leap towards Earth, in a real breath-taking moment, LIVE, on TV.

There's a mistake. It wasn't on TV: it was on YouTube. At its peak more than 8 million people where watching the RedBull Stratos Event, which became the “live stream with the most concurrent views ever on YouTube" (breaking the previous record, set at the London Olympics, with 500k viewers). From YouTube, in one click, you could have tweeted about it or shared it on Facebook.

What Felix Baumgarten taught us is that there are no limits to what we can do.
What this RedBull event taught us is that Social Media are the new TV, if you still had any doubt about it.

Overall, a truly inspirational Sunday.
