Tobyrich produces innovative tech gadgets: their first smart plane sold roughly 25000 units all over the world, but the success came by licensing the bluetooth and smart app technologies to other companies, such as the smartphone controlled Power Up paper plane, which raised more than $1 million.

In this episode Tobias (@tobiasdazenko) talks with us about their current campaign on Kickstarter and has advices for everyone venturing into crowdfunding.

Tobias (@tobiasdazenko) covers a lot in this episode, such as the difference between Indie Go-go and Kickstarter, how significant PR-agencies are for crowdfunding campaigns and he reveals the most important aspects of a successful Kickstarter campaign. Surprisingly enough, if you don’t raise millions, money is not the most important result of a good crowdfunded campaign.
